This Proprietary License Agreement ("Agreement") governs all access to and use of the Software ("Software") provided by the copyright holder ("Licensor"). By using the Software in any form, you ("User") agree to all terms below.
1. Ownership
The Software is proprietary.
The Licensor retains full and exclusive ownership of:
• the source code
• binaries, builds, and compiled artifacts
• project structure, assets, and UI components
• all derived or generated data
Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to the User.
2. License Grant
The Licensor grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
• Access and use the Software
• Use the Software for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Access paid tiers or subscriptions if purchased from the Licensor
This license does not grant permission to self-host the Software unless explicitly stated in a separate written contract.
3. Restrictions
The User may not:
• Copy, publish, upload, redistribute, or disclose the Software or its source code.
• Sell, rent, license, sublicense, or host the Software for third parties.
• Reverse engineer, modify, fork, or derive any works from the Software.
• Circumvent access controls, API limits, or paid-tier restrictions.
• Use the Software in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable platform policies.
• Attempt to obtain or use source code unless explicitly granted by the Licensor.
Any unauthorized distribution or exposure of the Software immediately terminates this license.
4. Commercial Access
The Licensor may offer:
• Paid hosting
• Paid API usage
• Subscription-based access
• Commercial feature tiers
The User may access commercial features only if:
• They purchase a valid license or subscription
• They comply with this Agreement
The User is prohibited from:
• Reselling access
• Creating competing services using the Software
• Sharing their access credentials
5. Self-Hosting Clause
Self-hosting, running your own server, or modifying the Software for deployment is prohibited unless the Licensor provides explicit, written permission.
Without such permission, all rights remain reserved.
6. YouTube Terms of Service Disclaimer
The Software may interact with YouTube systems.
The Licensor does not grant rights to download or use YouTube content in ways that violate:
• YouTube Terms of Service
• Local copyright law
• DMCA or equivalent international laws
Users assume full responsibility for their compliance.
7. "Educational Use Only" Clarification
Unless the User has a paid commercial access plan:
Use is limited to personal and educational purposes only.
Commercial use without a valid subscription is prohibited.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties.
The Licensor is not responsible for:
• Damages
• Data loss
• Legal consequences
• Service interruptions
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The Licensor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages.
• The User accepts full responsibility for how they use the Software.
10. Termination
This Agreement terminates immediately if the User:
• Distributes any part of the Software
• Exposes code or internal architecture
• Misuses commercial access
• Violates platform ToS (e.g., YouTube's)
• Circumvents access controls
Upon termination, the User must delete all copies and cease using the Software.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflicts of law.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire licensing contract between the User and the Licensor.
